Ingredients:
12 oz
Skinner®® Medium Shells
1 cup
mayonnaise
1/3 cup
grated Parmesan cheese
2 Tbsps
milk
1 tsp
hot pepper sauce
1 tsp
lemon pepper seasoning
1/2 tsp
garlic powder
2 cans
(6.5 oz.) tuna packed in water, drained
1 pkg
(10 oz.) frozen chopped broccoli, thawed and drained
Cooking Directions:
1. Prepare pasta according to package directions. Rinse with cold water to cool quickly; drain well.
2. Meanwhile, in small bowl stir together mayonnaise, cheese, milk, hot pepper sauce and seasonings until well blended.
3. In large bowl, toss cooled pasta, tuna, and broccoli. Add dressing; blend thoroughly. Cover and refrigerate, stirring occasionally. Serve on lettuce, if desired.
