Ingredients:

8 oz Skinner®® Penne Rigate
2 Tbsps flour
1 tsp dried oregano leaves
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp ground black pepper
4 each boneless skinless chicken breasts
2 Tbsps olive oil
1 jar (24 oz.) pasta sauce

Cooking Directions:

1.  Prepare pasta according to package directions; drain.

2.  Meanwhile, in a plastic bag, combine flour, oregano, salt and ground black pepper. Add chicken; shake to coat evenly.

3.  In large skillet, over medium heat, brown chicken in oil. Remove chicken from skillet.

4.  Add pasta sauce; heat until hot and bubbly. Top with chicken; cover. Simmer 5 minutes.

5.  Serve over hot cooked pasta.
