Ingredients:

grated Parmesan cheese

dried oregano leaves

garlic salt

ground black pepper

vegetable oil

(24 oz.) pasta sauce

grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
Cooking Directions:
1. In medium bowl, combine ground beef, egg, bread crumbs, parmesan cheese, oregano, garlic salt and pepper; shape into 1-1/2 inch balls.
2. In large non-stick skillet over medium heat, heat oil; brown meatballs, turning occasionally. Drain; add pasta sauce. Heat to boiling; reduce heat. Cover; simmer 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
3. Meanwhile, prepare pasta according to package directions; drain.
4. Serve meatballs and sauce over hot pasta. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese, if desired.
